Crab Cakes

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons diced onion
  • 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs (Beaten)
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 cups flaked crab
  • 1/3 cups celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Melt butter in saucepan, add onion and 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs, sauté on med heat 2 - 3 minutes.

Combine with other ingredients.

Add breadcrumbs till it is consistency to shape into 8 cakes (should be gooy but not fall apart)

Dust with flour & Fry in olive oil about 4 min each side on med. Heat
