Chocolate Pie

  • 3 Egg Yolks
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 Scant Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 3 Talbespoon Cocoa
  • Vanilla
  • 1 or 2 Talbespoons Margarine or Butter
  • 1 Baked Pie Shell
  • 6 Tablespoons Sugar
For the Filling:

Beat eggs yolks with sugar, add flour and cocoa, mix. Add milk little at time.

Cook in double boiler, constantly beat until thick.

Add a few drops of vanilla, margarine (or butter), pour into baked pie shell.

For the Moraine:

Beat egg whites till stiff, Add 6 Tablespoons sugar and a little vanilla.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
