- 1 lb sausage
- 1 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 large onion
- 4 tablespoon bacon
- 2 teaspoon garlic
- 10 cps water
- 5 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 potatoes, sliced
- 1/4 bunch spinach
Cook sausage with pepper until done, drain fat, remove from pan.
Cook bacon, remove from pan, saute onion and garlic in same pan.
Add water and chicken broth, heat until low boil, add the potatoes and cook until soft, about half an hour.
Add the heavy cream and just cook until thoroughly heated.
Stir in the sausage and the kale, let all heat through and serve.
