Mango Salsa


  • 1 ripe mango, diced (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Combine mango, onion, lime juice, vinegar and cilantro in medium bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Stir before serving.
