- 450 grams Flour
- 280 grams Water
- 100 grams Sour Dough Starter
- 8 grams Salt
- 90 grams shreeded chedder cheese
- 40 to 50 grams chopped Jalapeño
Mix water and starter, mix in half the flour, then the salt.
Mix in the other half of the flour, cheese, jalapeno.
Proceed as making any sour dough bread, (knead, rise, shape, etc)
