Pimiento Cheese

• 24 oz Cheedar Cheese, Shredded
• 8 oz or 2 jars diced pimientos
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon sweet pickle liquide ( optional )

 Mix together all ingredients.

Use liquid from pimientos and pickle for a creamier cheese mixture.
