- 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
- 1/2 Cup Lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 2 Egg yokes, beaten
- 1 Gram Cracker Crust
- 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Mix
Pour into prepared gram cracker crust
For meringue, whip the 2 egg whites until foamy. Add 1/4 sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar gradually, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form
Bake 325 deg for 1012 minutes.
