- 1 Stick Butter
- 2 cups chopped Onion
- 2 cups chopped Celery
- 1 Large Skillet of Cornbread
- 1 t Poultry Seasoning
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 2 t Sage
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken
Saute onions and celery in half the butter. Melt remaining butter.
Crumble bread and mix all ingredients, adding chicken last. Cook in crock pot on high 45 minutes.
Stir and continue to cook on low for 4 hours.
