Corn Fritters


  • 1 20 oz tin creamed corn.
  • 4 eggs separated
  • 4 Tablespoon Milk
  • 2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Beat egg yokes, add milk and corn. Add flour, salt and baking powder.

Add stiffly beaten egg whites and fold in. Deep fry.
