- 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Finely Ground Pecans
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 3 Package ( 8 Ounce ) Cream Cheese
- 1 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoon Flour
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
Combine graham cracker crumbs, ground pecans, brown sugar and melted sugar. Press in bottom of un-greased spring form pan. Bake 10 minutes in pre-heated 350 ° oven.
In a large food processor, with the metal blade, process the cream cheese until smooth. Add dark brown sugar and flour. Add eggs one at a time and thoroughly incorporate into the cheese mixture.
Do not Over Blend!
Fold in vanilla and 1/3 chopped cups pecans
Pour over crust and bake 350 ° 50 - 60 minutes.
Loosen pan while hot. Serve cold.
