- 1 Pound Ground Chuck ( Uncooked )
- 1 Can Pinto Beans ( drained and mashed )
- Cumin
- Manicotti shells uncooked
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/4 Cup water
- 1 1/2 Pound Hot Pepper Cheese
Combine meat, beans and cumin. Stuff in to shells.
Line shells in microwaveable dish, pour salsa and water over shells
Cover with plastic wrap and poke holes in top, Cook 20 - 30 minutes turning shells every 10 minutes.
Cover with grated cheese, serve.
