Squash Casserole

  • 8 Large squash sliced thin
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • Cheese Crackers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Boil squash and onion till tender.

Combine cream cheese, onion and squash, blend with electric mixer. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour mixture into oven save casserole (9x9 pan) and crumble cheese crackers over top. Bake till bubbly
